Scott and Jana bring a dedication to design and building homes and relationships that have evolved over a lifetime. Our 40 year journey spans projects from Chicago ,Illinois, Colorado, and Texas. We celebrate each project, the people that trust us to build the home of their dreams, the numerous tradesmen and craftsmen  that are apart of the Stiffel Home Family, and the lifetime of relationships we develop.

Our dedication has brought us the success that doing something right the first time saves not only time and money, but instills confidence and ensures that eh building experience is positive and builds a last relationship.

Scott manages each project personally. He contracts, plans, bids, contracts, and does all the accounting by night and is on the job as superintendent by day. He is on your job and his personal attention to our clients is backed by 45 years of construction and construction management experience. His work in the Houston area extends from Bush Intercontinental Airport and the Jesse Jones School of Business to new construction to new redesign/ renovations in River Oaks, the Memorial villages, West university chimney, Briar Grove and many more communities in the greater Houston area.
Jana joins her husband with a lifetime of design experience as an artist, educator, and designer. She brings a complete design service for their clients. You my choose your own design to work with the team of Stiffel Homes.
